Michael Decker is an experienced safety, health, and environmental professional with a diverse background in EHS management across various industries. Currently serving as Safety, Health & Environmental Senior Manager at Helena Industries, Inc. since November 2023, Michael previously held positions such as Senior Project Manager at EnSafe and Corporate Director of Environmental Compliance at TRADEBE. With a tenure that also includes roles as Corporate EHS, Site Technical Contact at SRG Global and Global Director of EHS at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC, Michael has developed expertise in environmental compliance and EHS support for multiple locations. Michael began their career as an Environmental Engineer at Dana Incorporated and Lone Star Industries.
