Rick Cutler has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rick started their career at BBDO as Vice President/Account Management from 1992 to 1996. Rick then joined Clairol (now Procter & Gamble) as a Brand Manager from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they worked at Lack & Daily as a Partner | Executive Search from 2001 to 2010, where they specialized in placing marketing executives in the consumer products industry. In 2010, they joined Helen of Troy as Vice President General Manager North America, responsible for Haircare, AP/DEO, and Men's Grooming SBUs. Rick also served as Vice President Mergers Acquisitions / Corporate Development from January 2018 onwards. In 2011, they were part of the Board of Directors at Clabbor.

Rick Cutler earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Denison University. Rick then went on to pursue an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
