Paul Anthony Trouth is a Communications Coordinator for the PROTECT BALTIC program at HELCOM - Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission since August 2023. Previously, Paul served as a communications professional at the European Chemicals Agency from May 2011 to April 2023, where responsibilities included being the ECHA Newsletter editor and an interim administrative assistant. Prior roles include English Language Trainer at Galimatias Concept Oy Ab and English Teacher at Cimson Koulutuspalvelut. Paul holds a Master of Arts in English Philology from the University of Helsinki and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Humanities from the University of Birmingham.
