Vaya Vyvey is an HR Business Partner currently working at Helan. Helemaal welzijn. since January 2024 and at Duke & Grace since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Vaya served as a Human Resources Generalist at iController from March 2021 to August 2021 and at POM West-Vlaanderen from December 2018 to March 2021, focusing on talent management, coaching, onboarding, and learning and development. Vaya started the career as a Paralegal at GDW-GENT from November 2016 to November 2018, providing advice and mediation services. Vaya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HOGENT and a postgraduate degree in Mediation and Conflict Management from VIVES University of Applied Sciences, along with an Erasmus minor from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences focusing on working in an international legal environment.
