Wilma Fortes is a Product Manager at H.E.L Group since May 2022, previously holding the role of Associate Product Manager. Prior to this, Wilma worked as a Client Consultant at Engage Hub from June 2020 to May 2022, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through artificial intelligence. Experience includes an internship in Process Engineering at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where collaboration on biopharmaceutical processes occurred, and an undergraduate research placement involving experimental measurements and mathematical modeling of gas adsorption. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at AdC - Águas de Cascais, S.A., where laboratory tests and water quality assessments were conducted. Wilma holds a Master's thesis from Imperial College London and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
