Flaviu Ionescu has worked as a Senior QA Engineer at HEITS.digital since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Softvision where they held various roles including Delivery Manager from November 2018 to November 2020, QA Manager from October 2017 to November 2018, and QA Team Lead from November 2012 to October 2017. Flaviu also worked as a QA Team Lead at Gameloft from June 2011 to November 2012.

Flaviu Ionescu completed their education at two different institutions. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Colegiul National "Andrei Muresanu" Dej, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Following that, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued higher studies at Universitatea "Babes Bolyai" Cluj-Napoca, obtaining a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In addition to their educational background, Flaviu Ionescu also received the ISTQB - Foundation Level certification in January 2016, although the institution where they obtained this certification is not specified.
