Jim Esneault is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving in IO sales and project development at Heitek Automation since March 2023, Jim previously held various managerial roles, including Business Development Manager at WorldWide Electric Corporation, where motor control products and solid-state soft starters were specialized in the western USA. With significant achievements at Cobham Sliprings as Sr. Business Manager, Jim oversaw the launch of a manufacturing facility and significantly boosted sales. Earlier experience includes Sr. Business Development at GE Power Conversion, demonstrating expertise in renewable energy projects, and business development roles at ROWAN: OILFIELD ELECTRIC MARINE and SAFTRONICS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS, where significant contracts and sales growth were accomplished. Jim's educational credentials include a Master's degree from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Montevallo.
