Monica Takama possesses diverse experience in program coordination and customer service within various organizations. Currently, as a Program Associate in Science at Heising-Simons Foundation, Monica has held roles ranging from Office Coordinator to Office Assistant since February 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Affordable Housing Specialist at AvalonBay Communities, where responsibilities included managing the certification process for Below Market Rental units and optimizing applicant intake procedures. Additional roles at Eye On Vision Optometry involved patient interaction and administrative support, while earlier positions at AvalonBay included leasing administration and concierge services.
