Chris Lader has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris started their career at IKEA Group, where they worked in logistics from 2003 to 2006. Chris then moved on to Sweex Europe BV, where they were involved in research and development from 2005 to 2007.
Chris then joined VCS Energy & ICT as a trainee in smart metering, followed by TRIUS, where they worked as a project coordinator for smart meter operations. From 2008 to 2010, they joined Stedin Meetbedrijf, initially as a senior project coordinator for smart meter operations and then as a team manager responsible for orchestrating all activities related to (smart) meters.
In 2012, Chris joined Eneco Zakelijk as a project manager for electric charging in e-mobility. Chris also held a role as a senior project manager for fulfillment and service innovation, where they set up a virtual start-up company within Eneco.
From 2015 to 2016, Chris worked as a senior project manager for big data analytics at Eneco Energy Trade B.V., followed by a position as managing director at AanUit.net.
From 2016 to 2022, Chris worked at CED Europe, starting as an IT program manager for digital transformation. Chris was then promoted to program director and eventually became the chief digital transformation officer. In these roles, they were responsible for driving growth, managing program management offices, and delivering fast and agile services across multiple domains.
Most recently, in 2022, Chris joined Heinenoord Assuradeuren as a program director for digital transformation.
Chris Lader's education history includes the following:
- In 2020, they attended BizzDesign and obtained a degree in BPMN2.
- In 2014, they studied at Computrain and received training in Professional Scrum Master.
- In 2013, they attended The Lean Six Sigma Company and achieved a Black Belt degree in LEAN Six Sigma.
- In 2007, they studied at Checkbase and obtained a VCA VOL - Operational Leadership degree with a focus on Safety.
- Also in 2007, they attended Key Result and received a PRINCE2 degree in Project Management.
- From 2003 to 2007, they studied at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and earned an Engineer's Degree with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, Management & Consultancy.
- From 1997 to 2003, they attended Christelijke Scholengemeenschap Johannes Calvijn and obtained a VWO degree with a focus on Nature & Technology.
