Mattias Olander is an experienced portfolio manager currently serving at Heimstaden since December 2020, overseeing a portfolio valued at SEK 30 billion within a joint venture with Pimco Prime Real Estate. Prior to this role, Mattias held the position of Head of Procurement at Victoriahem, where a newly established procurement branch was successfully integrated into the organization. As Regional Manager for Victoria Park AB, Mattias managed two regions comprising eight cities in Southern Sweden. Earlier positions include City Manager at Akelius Residential Property AB, responsible for property management and business development, and Negotiator at Hyresgästföreningen. Mattias Olander holds an MBA from Akelius University and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from Malmö University.
