Their earliest education began in 1986 at Elverum Videregående Skole, where they obtained a degree as a Møbelsnekker (furniture carpenter) in 1989. During the same period, from 1989-1991, they also attended Sykkylven Tekniske fagskule, a Technical School, to study Driftstekniker.
Following this, Einar pursued further education in Carpentry at Folkeuniversitetet (Public University) from 1989 to 1996, culminating in their obtaining a Mesterbrev (Master joiner's certificate). Finally, from 1996 to 2000, they attended the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
