Rafael Fernandes Canno is an experienced professional in sales and engineering, currently serving as the Area Sales Manager for Latin America North at Heimbach Group since February 2022. Previously, Rafael worked at IBS Austria GmbH as a Global Application Engineer from May 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the application team and enhancing system performance to exceed customer expectations.
