Fiorella Juscamaita is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and innovation. Currently serving as an MBA Intern and Chief of Staff at Theia Studios since January 2023, Fiorella previously held an MBA Internship in Product Marketing for Creator Marketing at YouTube from May to August 2022. A significant portion of Fiorella's career includes a tenure at Anheuser-Busch InBev from August 2016 to June 2021, where roles spanned from Sr. Lead in Innovation to Channel Development, as well as Brand Development and Trade Marketing. Earlier experience includes a position as Sr. Analyst in Trade Marketing at PepsiCo in 2016 and as an Analyst in Trade Marketing and Marketing at Grupo AJE from September 2014 to April 2016. Fiorella holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business (2021-2023), and an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima (2008-2013).
