Shelly Sutherland possesses extensive experience in finance and operations, with a prominent role at Heifer International since 2006, where positions have included Director of Enterprise Accounting and Director of Finance for Institutional Funding. Prior to this, Sutherland served as Director of Finance at the Foundation for Russian American Economic Cooperation and held various directorship roles within the United Methodist Committee on Relief, focusing on East Africa, Rwanda, and Armenia. Educational credentials include International MBAs from both the University of South Carolina - The Moore School of Business and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Southwest Missouri State University.
