Michael Ethington is a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, where since September 2018, engagement has centered on CFO and financial leadership roles for public, private equity-backed, and privately-owned companies in the industrial, consumer, and technology sectors. Prior to this, Michael served as an Engagement Manager and Senior Associate at DHR Global from February 2015 to September 2018, and held roles including Director of Talent Acquisition and Associate at Spencer Stuart between January 2014 and February 2015. Michael began a career in research as a Research Analyst. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013.
