Tom Stanley has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2009, they started working at Venn Partners as a Vice President until 2016. Tom then joined Oodle Car Finance in 2016 as an Advisor, later becoming the Head of Data. At Oodle, they played a key role in building and scaling the business, focusing on lending systems, data analysis, and product development. In 2021, Tom Stanley took on the position of Chief Product Officer at HeidiPay.

Tom Stanley completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Durham from 2005 to 2008. Tom then pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge from 2008 to 2009.
