James Bell Ocampo is an accomplished IT and digitalization director with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as IT and Digitalization Director at Heidenreich AS since December 2022, Ocampo previously held the position of Head of IT Operations at Nordr from April 2022 to December 2022 and served as IT Manager at Usbl from May 2018 to April 2022. Prior roles include Senior Business Consultant at Qualisoft AS and Head of IT Service Delivery at Get, where responsibilities encompassed IT portfolio management, test management, change management, and IT project management. Ocampo began professional endeavors at Get in September 2003 and has also held positions related to logistics and customer support. Ocampo holds a Bachelor's degree in IT Management and a Master's degree in Business Innovation and Business Development from BI Norwegian Business School.
