Steven Weeks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist II at HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION since March 2007, Steven also held the position of QA / Production Technical Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Steven worked as a Product Manager at Metronics Inc., where responsibilities included direct support for OEMs, distributors, and end users. From September 1999 to February 2007, Steven provided application support and training for Acu-Gage Systems, specializing in high precision video and laser CMM equipment. Earlier in Steven's career, from April 1987 to August 1999, quality assurance was a focus as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Omni Circuits Inc., overseeing product inspections and quality system maintenance. Steven pursued education at Harper College, Southern New Hampshire University, and Oakton College.
