Jacob S. began their career in 2018 as a Crew Member at McDonald's. In 2021, they joined Heiden Technology Solutions as an Information Technology Site Lead and Field Service Technician. In this role, they are the Site Primary Technician for Burt Watson Automotive in Freeland, Reese, and Pinconning, Michigan. Jacob is responsible for leading IT implementation, maintenance, and expansion within the Burt Watson family of dealerships, specializing in automotive IT software and General Motors/Ford Motor Company IT systems. Prior to this, they served as an Information Technology Operations Manager at McDonald's.

Jacob S. began their educational journey in 2016 when they attended Bay Arenac ISD and studied Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism, Computer Software Engineering until 2018. Jacob then continued their studies at Delta College, where they earned an Associate's in Computer Programming in the field of Computer Science in 2020.
