Simon Willis is an experienced executive with a robust background in the construction and materials industry. Currently serving as Group CEO and Managing Director at Heidelberg Materials UK since October 2018, Simon previously held the position of Managing Director at Eurovia Group (UK) Ltd from June 2013 to October 2018, overseeing contracting and production operations. Prior to that, Simon was Managing Director at MQP, focusing on the asphalt and aggregates sector from April 2009 to May 2013. Simon's career began at Tarmac, where the role of Operations Director was held from 2000 to 2009. Education includes a Chartered Director designation and diplomas in company direction from the Institute of Directors, alongside foundational schooling at Tadcaster Grammar.
