W.R. (Bill) Lenz, P. Eng. is an experienced professional in the civil engineering and construction industry, currently serving as Product Performance Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Heidelberg Materials North America since February 2012. Previous roles include Area Manager for the Concrete Division at Inland Concrete, Quality Assurance Manager for Ready Mix Concrete at Lafarge from 2005 to 2011, and Senior Project Manager with AMEC from 1993 to 2005, focusing on the Earth & Environmental team.
