Janel Buckman has over 15 years of experience in project management and analysis, currently serving as PM/BA for Special Projects at Heidelberg Materials North America since January 2016. In this role, Janel is responsible for tracking and supporting General IT Audit across all departments, coordinating with external auditors for annual audits, and providing management support for the IT PMO team on various large-scale projects. Previous positions include Project/Queue Manager and Business Analyst at AIG, where Janel organized server migrations and compliance audits, and roles at Healthcare Payment Specialists, Atos, Ameritex Guard Services, Whelan Security, XETA Technologies, and Electro Savings Credit Union in project coordination, training, and operational support. Janel holds a Basic Certification in Emergency Medical Technician and a General High School Studies diploma.
