Charles (Chubby) Horton is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the materials and explosives industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Heidelberg Materials North America since March 2022, Charles has previously held similar roles at Lehigh Hanson and management positions at Orica as Territory Manager and Martin Marietta as Plant Manager. With a foundational career beginning at Dyno Nobel where Charles worked as both Account Manager and Blaster, extensive experience spans over three decades in various operational and managerial capacities.
