Kevin Fair has over a decade of experience in the beverage distribution and restaurant management industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations at Heidelberg Distributing since August 2012, Kevin has held multiple roles including General Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager. Responsibilities include managing a territory of 100 restaurants, bars, and hotels in Greater Cleveland, showcasing a strong understanding of local market trends, and consistently achieving an annual sales growth of 15%. Previously, Kevin worked at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, where as a Manager, leadership involved overseeing employee relations and operations for a team of over 50 staff members, alongside establishing vital vendor relationships. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Ohio University, attained in 2005.
