Dana Loeblich has extensive experience in IT service management, with a current position as Senior Manager of IT Service Management and IT Service Desk at The Heico Companies LLC since September 2021. Previously, Dana held multiple roles at ALDI USA, including IT Manager for End User Computing and IT Analyst for Payments and Networks, where significant achievements included leading the rapid procurement of over 500 portable devices during the COVID response and introducing credit card processing solutions that revolutionized sales methods. Prior to ALDI, Dana served as Head of Operations and Customer Support for SIX in North America, and has a history of project management and web design spanning various roles since the late 1990s.
