Olli Iso-Mustajärvi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and commercial roles within health and performance organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at HeiaHeia since September 2020, Olli previously held multiple positions at Hintsa Performance, including Commercial Director, Account Director, and Business Development Manager from June 2014 to August 2020. Olli also worked as a Sales Manager at Mobra Finland Oy from August 2012 to May 2014, focusing on enhancing occupational health and productivity through coaching services. In addition, Olli has experience as an Event Coordinator at Koululiikuntaliitto KLL ry and as a Sales Consultant at Expert ASA Oy. Olli holds a Master's Degree in Sports Studies from Jyväskylä University, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2015, alongside business studies at the university's School of Business and Economics in 2011-2012.
