Karoliina Nygren has an extensive background in early childhood education, working as a kindergarten teacher and preschool teacher in Helsinki and Espoo. Currently, Karoliina holds multiple titles at HEI Schools, focusing on teacher training, mentoring, co-teaching, and product development. Karoliina has a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Helsinki and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Eastern Finland.
