Richard Bijl is an experienced Human Resources Manager specializing in Compensation and Benefits at Heerema Marine Contractors since June 2009. Key responsibilities include overseeing competitive C&B policies, pension schemes, expat policies, and payroll. Richard also has substantial experience in negotiations, having served as a negotiator with unions and played a pivotal role during the 2017 restructuring, resulting in an agreed redundancy scheme.
