Meike Kolthof currently serves as Manager Sustainability at Heerema Marine Contractors, focusing on sustainability strategy, change management, ESG reporting, and decarbonization. Meike is also a member of the Environmental Sustainability Committee for IMCA, which facilitates knowledge exchange on environmental sustainability initiatives. As a board member of Young IRO, Meike promotes continuous learning and collaboration among young professionals in the Offshore Energy Industry. Additionally, Meike co-founded MAND! Visual Design and has held various leadership roles, including Chief Instructor at De Brielse Zeilschool and Chairman of the Event Location Committee at Lustrum Delftsch Studenten Corps. Meike's education includes a Master of Science in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Short Course in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
