Maria Ammerlaan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and Leiterin Personal at Heel since February 2006, where previous roles included Junior HR Manager and Management Assistant HR. Maria's earlier experience includes an internship at the Academy of Human Resources Development and another at AXA Service. Maria holds a Master of Business Administration from the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship, completed between 2006 and 2008, and a Diplom Psychologe from RWTH Aachen University, awarded in 2005.
