Matilda Holm has over 9 years of experience in the insurance industry. Matilda started their career as an assistant at Aon Insurance Managers (Sweden) AB in 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Captive Manager at Marsh Management Services Sweden AB, where they provided insurance accounting services to captive insurance companies and smaller insurance companies. In 2018, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Nordic Marine Insurance, where they were responsible for accounting and regulatory reporting. Matilda supervised one accountant and reported to the board. Matilda improved the current database and designed a claims management tool. Matilda Holm currently works as Finance at Hedvig.

Matilda Holm has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Business, and a Business administration degree from Mälardalen University. Matilda also has a Communication and language degree from Mälardalen University, and a Business management and economics degree from Värmdö Gymnasium.

Matilda Holm reports to Claes Lindholm, CFO. Matilda Holm works with Emma Sandgren - Finance, Tanvir Hasan - Accounting Director, and Ebba Altefelt - Junior Financial Controller.
