Ben Coats is a Project Manager with experience in the construction industry. Ben has held senior positions in various companies such as Hedrick Brothers Construction, Black Diamond General Contracting, Inc., Verdex Construction, and Craft Construction LLC. Ben has also worked as a Director of Development at Gulfstream Property Management. Their responsibilities have included project management, permitting, design, and establishing excellent working relationships with county staff. Ben holds a degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
