Arwin Ghodrat Beigi currently serves as a DMS-beheerder at Hedin IT since July 2023. Previously, Arwin worked as an applicatiebeheerder at Schiphol from March 2022 to July 2023, where expertise in ITIL methodology and incident resolution within SLA parameters was developed. Prior to this, Arwin gained experience as a junior developer at CHIEFS of IT for a brief period in early 2022, engaging in various programming languages and system designs. Arwin's career began in customer service as a winkelmedewerker at MediaMarkt Nederland from January 2021 to March 2022, assisting customers with their product purchases. Arwin completed an Mbo degree in Software Development at Nova College from September 2020 to July 2022.
