Charles Kerrigan is an accomplished legal and finance professional with extensive experience in advisory roles and leadership positions within various companies. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at The Investment Association and as a Board Advisor at both AI & Partners and Hedgehog, Charles also holds advisory responsibilities with Holistic AI. In addition, Charles is a Partner at CMS UK, a position maintained since May 2017, and previously held a similar role at Olswang LLP from 2002 to August 2022, where Charles led the International Finance Practice Group. Early career experiences include working as a Solicitor at Slaughter and May in London and as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. Charles holds a degree from the University of Oxford, completed from 1990 to 1993.
