Leonardo Penz is a skilled Software Engineer with a focus on Orchard Management Software at Hectre since February 2022, contributing to a strategic project that involves restructuring key features through event-driven architecture. Before this role, Leonardo served as Team Lead, overseeing a team of developers and managing project development while implementing DORA metrics and defining OKRs.
