Michael H. is a seasoned professional in power project development with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Power Project Development at Hecate Energy LLC since September 2019, Michael focuses on developing utility-scale solar PV, wind, and power storage projects, engaging in opportunity origination and project management both domestically and internationally. In addition, Michael contributes as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, specializing in renewables, electric power markets, policy, and regulation. Previous roles include Management Consultant at PA Consulting, Iberdrola Scholar, Policy Fellow at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, and an intern at The White House and the U.S. Department of State.
