Jennifer Forman is a seasoned pharmacist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Staff Pharmacist at both the Hospital for Special Care since June 2017 and Hebrew HealthCare since June 1998, Jennifer specializes in medication management, patient services, and overseeing pharmacy staff. As a Preceptor at the University of Connecticut since May 2008, Jennifer develops course material and instructs pharmacy students, while also having contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Tunxis Community College in 2005. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut.
