Tal Levi is an experienced operations manager currently serving the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel since May 2019, overseeing 50 employees across 17 local branches and supporting 9,000 members. Prior to this role, Tal held the position of branch manager from August 2017 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing a significant budget and organizing large-scale events for a 600-member branch. Tal's earlier experience as a combat engineer instructor in the Israel Defense Forces from July 2015 to July 2017 included completing an instructor course with excellence. Tal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed in June 2022.
