Mike Post has extensive experience in program management and business development, currently serving as Vice President for the Western Region at HEBCO, INC. since October 2006. In this role, Mike manages the Design Engineering Support Program (DESP III) and oversees all operational aspects of designated contracts, including personnel management, customer relations, and new business development. Previously, Mike held positions as Vice President for A&AS Programs at HEBCO, and Director of Business Development and Technology at Long Wave. Mike also possesses a solid foundation from a long tenure at Boeing, where various roles included Product Support and Associate Technical Fellow, spanning over two decades.
