John Chambless has extensive experience in maintenance management and technical roles across various industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager and Team Lead at HEB Manufacturing Inc. since July 2018, and as Technical/Maintenance Manager at Shearer's Snacks since October 2017, John has developed a strong skill set in maintenance operations. Additionally, at Dairy Farmers of America since July 2010, John has held multiple roles including Maintenance Manager, Project Manager, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, and Maintenance Technician. John’s career began in the US Navy, where from April 1989 to June 2010, work as an Electronic Technician was performed. Educationally, John is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Workforce Development and Training at Southern Illinois University, having previously obtained an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
