Melanie Baker has extensive experience in executive support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Heaven since October 2022. Prior to this, Melanie held a similar position at Pave from November 2013 to October 2022. Earlier in Melanie's career, roles included Group IT Accounts Assistant and Debt Management Supervisor at BGL Insurance from September 2009 to January 2009, and Financial Controller at NIG / RBS Insurance from March 2003 to February 2006.
