Nicholas Hall has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nicholas started their career as a Business Process Lead at The Institute of Directors, where they conducted process improvement and analysis projects. Nicholas then worked as a Business Analyst/Consultant at The Manchester Metropolitan University, leading process analysis for a student journey transformation program. Nicholas also worked as a Business Process Consultant at Equantiis, managing process improvement projects. Nicholas served as a Product Owner and Business Analyst at AXA Partners, responsible for managing transformation projects and analyzing business processes. Nicholas worked as a Business Analyst at LV=, where they were part of the Separation and Exit program. Nicholas also worked as a Business Process Consultant at Knight Frank, enabling the selection of an expenses system. Nicholas served as a Business Analyst at Livestock Information Ltd, writing requirements and delivering transition options for a data migration project. Nicholas worked as a Director of Business Systems and Lead Business Analyst at MarketCast, overseeing the implementation of a document management system and analyzing document usage and storage strategies. Currently, Nicholas works as a Business Analyst Project Lead at Heathrow. Nicholas Hall obtained a BA (Hons) degree in German from the University of Southampton from 1992 to 1996. In 1994-1995, they studied German Studies at The University of Freiburg. Prior to that, they attended the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe from 1987 to 1992. Nicholas also holds additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in 2018, Change Management registered practitioner from APMG International in 2017, and Advanced Triaster User from Litmos by CallidusCloud in 2017.
