Lauren Fallon has an extensive background in resource planning and team management, currently serving as a Resource Planning Manager at Heathrow since July 2016. In addition to this role, Lauren Fallon previously held positions as Colleague Services Team Manager and Resource Scheduler at the same organization. Prior to joining Heathrow, Lauren Fallon worked as a PCSO with Thames Valley Police from July 2014 to May 2016, gaining valuable experience in community engagement and public service.
