Susan Freudenberger has extensive experience in human resources, having served as the Director of Human Resources at Heatherwood Communities LLC from March 1981 until February 2015. In this role, Susan oversaw a comprehensive Human Resources department, managing employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with mandated insurances. Since February 2015, Susan has been semi-retired and currently works part-time on special projects at Heatherwood Communities. Additionally, Susan pursued education in Business Management & Economics with a focus on Organizational Behavior at SUNY Empire State College between 2007 and 2010.
