Carlos Montes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and human resources management. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at Heath Ceramics since May 2023, Carlos previously held the position of HR Operations Manager at Veev from September 2020 to May 2023. Notable contributions include leading change management and talent solutions initiatives at AiFi Inc. as Senior Talent People Operations, and providing strategic HR consulting at AutoVitals. As Head of People at BioIQ, Carlos managed all HR functions, resulting in significant cost reductions in employee benefits, and also oversaw operations, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.
