Lars Kristian Igland is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Lead Systems Engineer at Heaten AS since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lars worked at MHWirth from December 2013 to December 2021, where contributions included auditing, risk management, process management, and leading three new product developments as a project manager. Lars also held the position of Technology Qualification Manager, overseeing the technology qualification of new products. Earlier experience at Aker Solutions spanned from May 1996 to December 2013, where responsibilities included serving as a Product Quality Advisor, Quality and HSE Manager for Drilling Lifecycle Services, and Control System Engineer for mud systems. Lars holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
