Janie Chung has over two decades of experience in product management and development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Frontrange since 2004. Prior to this role, Janie held the position of Product Line Director at SupportSoft from 2000 to 2006. Janie's career began at Centura Software (now Compuware), where responsibilities included serving as the Development & Service Support Manager from 1989 to 1995.
