Lily Rhodes is currently the Director of Strategy & Operations at Heat Initiative. Prior to this role, Lily worked at Thorn where Lily held various positions including Chief of Staff, External Affairs, External Affairs Manager, and External Affairs Associate. Before Thorn, Lily was a Grants Associate at Team Rubicon. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the University of Connecticut and a Masters in Public Policy from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
