Ice Tam has a diverse work experience background. They started their career as an Alumni Engagement Intern at Binghamton University in October 2018 and worked until March 2019. After that, they joined Rover Logistics as a Logistics Planner in March 2019, where they worked until November 2020. Ice then advanced to become an Assistant Operations Manager at the same company from November 2020 to October 2021. In 2022, Ice Tam joined Fullstack Academy as a Software Engineer Student from January to June. Later, they joined Heartwork as an Operations Associate from November 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Ice holds the position of Senior Operations Associate at Heartwork from January 2023.

Ice Tam attended Fullstack Academy from 2021 to 2022 and obtained a certificate in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, Ice Tam attended Binghamton University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Additionally, Ice Tam obtained a certification in Software Engineering from Fullstack Academy in June 2022.
