Brooke Penuela is an experienced professional in the jewelry industry, currently serving as the Retail Training Director at Hearts On Fire since April 2023. Prior to this role, Brooke worked at The De Beers Group of Companies for over seven years in various positions, including Education Manager for North America and Partner Development Executive for Forevermark US. Additionally, Brooke has experience in sales, buying, and marketing from tenure at Shelia Bayes Fine Jewelers and served as Sales/Project Manager at Longwood Antique Woods. Brooke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Kentucky and has completed advanced courses in diamond grading and the diamond foundation at the De Beers Institute of Diamonds.
